Cancellation Policy

We understand that sizing issues may occur. If the product doesn’t fit, you can easily exchange it by following these steps:

   • The exchange request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
   • The product should be in resalable condition—unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
   • Products purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product by following the guidelines below:

   • The product must be in original condition—unused, unwashed, with intact tags and packaging.
   • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the delivery date.

2. Refund Process

   • Refunds will be provided in the form of a Coupon Code equivalent to the product value (excluding COD charges).
   • The Coupon Code can be used for future purchases on our website. Refunds to bank accounts are not available.

3. For Unserviceable Pin Codes

   • If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our provided address using a reliable courier service.
   • Share the courier receipt and tracking details with our team for reimbursement of shipping charges.

4. Coupon Code Details

   • Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned product, a Coupon Code will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
   • Use the Coupon Code to purchase a new item or any other product on our website.

Important Notes

• Products in poor condition or without original tags will not be eligible for exchange or return.
• We are not responsible for lost packages during self-shipping; processing will only begin upon product delivery to us.
