Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to all locations across India.

• Delivery Time: 3 to 10 working days.
• Shipping Charges:
  • Free Delivery: Available on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges will apply.

Note: If you notice that the outer packaging is tampered with, ripped, pressed, or otherwise damaged upon delivery, you may refuse to accept the package.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

   • Cancellation requests must be raised within 6 (six) hours of placing the order.
   • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-6 hours after being placed.

2. How to Cancel an Order:

3. Important Notes:

   • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
   • Cancellation requests made after 6 (six) hours of placing the order will not be entertained.

4. Final Decision:

At Lynexkart, we are dedicated to providing products of superior quality and fit. However, if you need to exchange or return a product, we offer a seamless and transparent process to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing issues may occur. If the product doesn’t fit, you can easily exchange it by following these steps:

1. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

   • The exchange request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
   • The product should be in resalable condition—unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
   • Products purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product by following the guidelines below:

1. Return Eligibility

   • The product must be in original condition—unused, unwashed, with intact tags and packaging.
   • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the delivery date.

2. Refund Process

   • Refunds will be provided in the form of a Coupon Code equivalent to the product value (excluding COD charges).
   • The Coupon Code can be used for future purchases on our website. Refunds to bank accounts are not available.

3. For Unserviceable Pin Codes

   • If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our provided address using a reliable courier service.
   • Share the courier receipt and tracking details with our team for reimbursement of shipping charges.

4. Coupon Code Details

   • Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned product, a Coupon Code will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
   • Use the Coupon Code to purchase a new item or any other product on our website.

Important Notes

• Products in poor condition or without original tags will not be eligible for exchange or return.
• We are not responsible for lost packages during self-shipping; processing will only begin upon product delivery to us.
